FEATURED ON TELEVISION The Book of Enoch has been examined at length on the television series Ancient Aliens, where its accounts of the Watchers, the Nephilim, and the giants of Genesis are returned to season after season. Viewers hear the book described, quoted, and debated. Few ever read it. This app gives you the source those discussions draw from: the complete Book of Enoch, unabridged, in Enoch's own words rather than a summary of them.

THE WATCHERS AND THE NEPHILIM Enoch tells the story behind Genesis 6. Two hundred angels, the Watchers, descended to earth and took human wives. Their children were the Nephilim, the giants. The Watchers taught mankind metalworking, weapons, astronomy, sorcery, and the forbidden knowledge that brought the flood. Enoch names them one by one: Semjaza, Azazel, and the rest - the account where the ancient study of fallen angels and demonology begins.

WHO WAS ENOCH Enoch was the great-grandfather of Noah. The Bible says he walked with God, and God took him to heaven alive. What he saw there fills this ancient scripture: heaven opened, the fallen angels, and the final judgment of God. Fragments of the Book of Enoch were found among the Dead Sea Scrolls. The New Testament quotes it directly. Though excluded from the Bible, the Book of Enoch remains scripture in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church - part of the Ethiopian Bible to this day.
